Analyzen is a blended advertising and technology company that pioneered digital marketing in Bangladesh. We specialize in digital-first 360° marketing with tech, including brand strategy, digital content creation, media buying, data analytics, website development, and enterprise software development.


We are seeking a Sr. Visualizer to join our creative and innovation-driven team. This role focuses on transforming static visual assets into compelling motion-based content, leveraging animation, frame-based storytelling, and advanced AI tools. The ideal candidate combines strong visual sensibility with technical motion skills and is comfortable experimenting with emerging AI-driven video generation platforms to create high-impact, future-ready content.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

- Convert static images and visual assets into engaging motion-based content using animation and frame sequencing

- Develop motion graphics and short-form visual narratives optimized for digital platforms

- Utilize AI tools (such as VEO 3, Magnific, and similar platforms) to generate AI-driven 2D/3D motion videos

- Design dynamic visual transitions, effects, and pacing to enhance storytelling impact

- Experiment with AI prompting techniques to achieve desired visual styles, movements, and cinematic outputs

- Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to align content with campaign objectives

- Adapt and optimize motion assets for multiple formats, platforms, and aspect ratios

- Stay updated on emerging AI tools, motion trends, and new content creation technologies

- Ensure visual consistency, quality, and brand alignment across all dynamic outputs

 

Key Requirements:

-            Minimum 2-4 years of experience in static, motion graphics, dynamic visual content creation, or related roles

-            Strong proficiency in motion design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent software

-            Hands-on experience using AI-based video generation and image-to-motion tools

-            Good understanding of composition, timing, transitions, and visual storytelling

-            Ability to experiment, iterate quickly, and adapt to new tools and workflows

-            Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment

Job Details

  • Working days: 5 days/week (Occasional flexibility may be required based on project needs)
  • Location: Level 1, House 1A, Road No. 16/A, Gulshan 1, Dhaka 1212
  • Salary: Negotiable
